This page outlines the terms and agreements of Soma Wisdom LLC, Bedroom Genius™, Men Of Substance™, and any and all related work with Rob Kancler. govern your engagement with all offerings, content, services, and programs operated by Soma Wisdom, LLC, including but not limited to the Men of Substance™ program and all affiliated Sites and Services (“Programs”). By accessing or engaging with our sites, spaces, services, products, resources, programs, or with any part of our work, you agree to these terms.
Nature of Work
The work offered through Soma Wisdom, LLC is educational, transformational, and experiential in nature. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental, physical, or emotional condition.
We operate from a lineage of apprenticeship-based, somatic, spiritual, and intuitive learning and do not claim to provide therapy, medical services, or licensed healthcare. Our facilitators are not practicing as licensed therapists or clinicians unless explicitly stated.
All offerings are presented for educational and personal growth purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your choices, interpretations, and results. We do not make guarantees or assume responsibility for your outcomes.
Mental Health & Scope of Practice
We are not a substitute for licensed therapy, psychiatry, or medical care. If you are currently in treatment for mental health conditions or have a history of psychiatric issues, we ask that you consult your care provider before engaging and inform us directly of your situation.
Participation in our Programs implies that you are capable of engaging in introspective and embodied work without undue risk to your mental health.
Spiritual and Energetic Responsibility
You acknowledge that this work carries energetic and spiritual dimensions. By engaging, you agree to:

Avoid distortion, commodification, or misuse

This clause affirms the non-material sacredness of the work, and your role as a respectful participant and steward of its transmission.
Payment, Refunds, and Program Access
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a specific program offer.
Access to programs is granted upon receipt of full or agreed-upon payment.
Non-payment may result in suspension of access.
Soma Wisdom, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access at its sole discretion.
Feedback and Dispute Resolution
We welcome constructive feedback and are committed to resolving concerns in a respectful and professional manner.
All disputes will be handled in the following sequence:
Good faith discussion
Mediation (non-binding)
Binding arbitration with qualified third–party support determined solely by Soma Wisdom, LLC
You agree not to pursue legal action prior to completing these steps.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. If any modifications are made, we will provide notice by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. Your continued use of our Site after any changes signify your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to periodically review this page for any changes.
Eligibility
By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Suggestions, feedback, or modifications made during Programs become the sole property of Soma Wisdom, LLC.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soma Wisdom, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property or privacy rights.
Termination of Services

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on all parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy

Force Majeure
